Order & shipping

- Lost or delayed packages: Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery and we’ll investigate.
Returns & exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange; final sale on items marked “Final.”
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any tags and packaging intact.
- How to return: Request a return via your order page or email lastingimpressions@gmail.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Refunds: Store credit issued within 7 business days of receiving the return; refunds to the original payment method processed for eligible returns within 10 business days.
