  • Shipping options: Standard, Expedited, International (rates calculated at checkout).
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Lost or delayed packages: Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery and we’ll investigate.

Returns & exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange; final sale on items marked “Final.”
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any tags and packaging intact.
  • How to return: Request a return via your order page or email lastingimpressions@gmail.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Refunds: Store credit issued within 7 business days of receiving the return; refunds to the original payment method processed for eligible returns within 10 business days.

  • Pricing: All prices reflect the item’s vintage condition, rarity, and care.
  • Promo codes: One promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes: Sales tax applied where required.

Cleaning, care & repairs

  • Cleaning: We use vintage-safe cleaning and gentle mending when needed. For delicate or specialty items we note recommended professional care.
  • DIY care tips: Brief care notes appear on each product page (e.g., hand-wash cold, avoid bleach).
  • Repair services: Minor repairs (loose button, small hem) are available for a fee; request an estimate via email with photos.
